Emotions can range from high and exhilarating, to low or depressed, raging or peaceful, angry or sad, frustrated or apathetic. In some cases, we may know the cause for these emotions. They may be physical in nature having to do with diet and nutritional deficiencies, situational or from stress or anxiety. Sometimes, we’re not able to identify the root of these emotions.

To access these emotions and uncover their root cause, I design workshops tailored to your needs. From small group to larger settings, workshops are built to enhance the goals of your group. Workshops focus on physical health concerns like women’s health, sexual health, stress management, mental/ emotional well-being and others. Attendees explore varying pathways to health through different exercises like visualization, meditation, art and writing or working with herbs that promote healing.

For people who like to work on their own, we can arrange a time to explore these ideas using any of these tools.
